3 nights at a Reflexology and Yoga led small group Retreat for women, staying in a luxury accommodation in a tranquil setting. Away from work and all other elements of your busy life, you can simply focus on allowing yourself to relax and heal, in a supportive and friendly environment. Harnessing the power of Reflexology and Yoga, we aim to help you rest and rejuvenate, whether that be from burnout, work, juggling responsibilities, long periods of stress, or navigating the menopause. All retreats will include the following, of which you can choose to do as much or as little as you wish: * Accommodation in a luxury venue * Personalised welcome pack, and check-in chat with facilitators on arrival * Welcome drinks on the first evening * 30 minute Reflexology sessions on each of the full days * Daily sessions of Therapeutic Yoga and additional daily deep relaxation sessions such as Yoga Nidra, to both help reduce your stress response, and provide tools to help you moving forward. * 3 delicious meals on each full day, plus dinner on the first night, and breakfast on the final day * Healthy, (and some slightly less healthy!) snacks available all day, along with teas, coffees and filtered water * Friendly, empathetic facilitators there to bolster and support you to help you get the most of out your experience DATES: TBC You deserve this!
"As a Reflexologist in London, I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds who are seeking Reflexology for many different reasons. The common theme however is that Reflexology brings them to a level of deep relaxation that they find hard to reach in other ways. Such relaxation is, I believe, of great importance in helping us to move away from fight or flight mode, listen to our bodies, and begin the process of restoration. This is why I am so excited to be offering daily Reflexology as part of a Reflexology and Yoga Retreat. Whilst we know that 3 nights is not long enough to fully recover from stress, I hope that it will be an important stepping stone through daily Reflexology supporting your body and mind, encouraging improved sleep and mood, and through Leanne's powerful sessions of therapeutic yoga and deep relaxation techniques, providing you with both a profound experience during the Retreat, and tools to help you when you leave. Leanne is a Yoga Therapist based in South West London. As well as her private practise in Yoga Therapy and Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy, she delivers Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness programmes in the NHS and Mental Health organisations and provides wellbeing workshops to businesses.
Leanne’s personal experience of burnout, which manifested as an autoimmune condition, inspired her to train in therapeutic Yoga and pursue a career that aligned with her natural rhythms. Today, she supports many people who are experiencing burnout from varying aspects of life, helping them rebuild their energy, develop strategies for greater balance, and enhance their overall health and holistic wellbeing.
