Trained at the London School of Reflexology, I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist, and member of the Association of Reflexologists.

With time spent previously working in other industries including financial services, I am acutely aware of the effects of stress on day-to-day life, and people's overall health and well-being. Through the experiences of friends and family members I have also witnessed the benefits of holistic lifestyle improvements and complementary therapies, which led to my interest in reflexology, and decision to re-train.

Every reflexology treatment I offer is tailored to the client's needs, aiming to promote better sleep, relaxation and calm, and support clients looking to achieve a more balanced lifestyle. I also specialise in reflexology during the menopause, pre-conception, during and after pregnancy, as well as Reflexology Lymph Drainage, and offer appointments for both men and women.

In addition to the benefits from Reflexology itself I believe that setting aside time for yourself is hugely valuable, and I aim to create a supportive space in which you feel comfortable to fully relax.

Treatments may be booked on a one-off basis, or for optimal results I offer a selection of treatment packages at a preferential rate.
