Fertility/Conception 

Reflexology is a wonderful way to support your body, and your partner's, when you are trying to conceive, whether naturally or through assisted options. I frequently work with clients throughout egg collection, and through full IVF cycles if they are required. By treating at clients' home, and offering evening treatments it can fit in conveniently around clinic appointments. 

Pregnancy

Reflexology can be a valuable support through the changes of pregnancy, giving your body time to fully relax, literally take the weight of your feet, and reap the benefits that relaxation brings. It is a non-invasive and gentle treatment, which amongst many other anecdotally reported benefits may encourage better sleep, improve your mood, rejuvenate and restore, promoting a general sense of wellbeing. I also offer Reflexology designed to promote natural induction and to support you during labour.  Regular treatments throughout your 2nd and 3rd trimesters are recommended to optimise the benefits. Postnatal

It is too easy to overlook your own wellbeing once the baby arrives, but remembering that you cannot pour from an empty cup, I encourage every new Mum to set aside some time for yourself to relax and replenish. As I work on a mobile basis this saves you the hassle and time of travelling, when you may be busy and potentially less mobile than usual. Your treatment can also take place whilst your baby is sleeping nearby, or even during a feed; whatever is best for you!

Treatment passes - discounted treatments for multiple sessions.

If you are booking treatments during your conception journey and/or pregnancy, you can purchase one of the treatment passes, for 6, 8 or 12 session discounted rates. At the time of purchase you only need to book in the first treatment, and can book in subsequent treatments as you need them, subject to availability.  Passes may be shared between partners if preferred.

Baby Showers

Why not include a Reflexology treatment as part of a friend's baby shower? Arrange for her to enjoy a wonderful Reflexology session whilst you prepare the rest of the event. She'll love it!

Additional Conception Support

During the conception journey it is important to support both prospective parents; encouraging relaxation, the release of tension, better sleep, and re-balancing. For this reason I offer the Reflexology treatment passes which can be shared between both partner if preferred. Book here

When starting out on your journey it can be very helpful to check whether either partner is in need of any assistance or lifestyle changes to optimise the chances of conceiving. As such I am delighted to work with The Male Fertility Clinic which is an independent provider of semen analysis testing, located in the heart of London Victoria.  They provide a convenient and friendly service, with a quick turnaround time for results. I offer small group reflexology sessions to suit mother and baby group get-togethers, with 30 minute treatments for each of you, whilst your friends enjoy a catch-up, and can look after your little one. The recommended group size would be 3 - 4.
