Burnout Recovery Retreat

6 nights at a Reflexology and Yoga led small group Retreat for women, staying in a luxury tranquil riverside location less than 1 hour from London. Away from work and all other elements of your busy life, you can simply focus on allowing yourself to relax and heal, in a supportive and friendly environment. Harnessing the power of Reflexology and Yoga, we aim to support your recovery, or help get you started on your journey back from burnout. The week will include the following, of which you can choose to do as much or as little as you wish: * 6 nights accommodation in a beautiful, refurbished house designed with a luxurious yet homely feel, offering well appointed bedrooms, stunning communal areas (inside and outside), a yoga studio, and riverside gardens. * Personalised welcome pack, and check-in chat with facilitators on arrival * Welcome drinks on the first evening * 5 x 30 minute Reflexology sessions (1 per day on each of the full days) * Daily sessions of Therapeutic Yoga * Daily deep relaxation session such as Yoga Nidra * Soundbath session * Other informal mindful activities * Use of venue's paddleboards (unsupervised) * 3 delicious meals on each full day, plus dinner on the first night, and breakfast on the final day * Healthy, (and some slightly less healthy!) snacks available all day, along with teas, coffees and filtered water * Friendly, empathetic facilitators there to bolster and support you to help you get the most of out your experience DATE: 25th April - 1st May EARLYBIRD PRICES from £1,650 - £2,500 per person depending on the room type. Options available are: Entire rooms en suite, Entire rooms with shared bathroom, Deluxe Suite with balcony (£2,800 for 1 person), Shared triples en suite (if there is demand), Shared twins en suite (if there is demand). Important note: the venue has a full staircase to the main bedroom area with no alternative route. It is however possible to book a downstairs bedroom (2 available max). Additionally there is a resident cat who comes and goes in the building, so it is not suitable if you have a severe allergy to cats.
